b998 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the b998 platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the b998 system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except where b998 explicitly offers a cash-out feature for a specific market.
• b998 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where b998 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, that the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement, or that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, b998 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• b998 cricket betting markets — including PSL, international tests, and T20 tournaments — are governed by the applicable cricket betting rules published on the platform. Settlement of cricket markets is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All games are independently audited for RTP accuracy and fairness. Historical game results and RTP percentages are available on request.
• b998 reserves the right to set individual betting limits per market, per event, or per Player at its sole discretion.

b998 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional bonus-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are awarded at b998's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, provided that the modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Players who b998 reasonably identifies as bonus abusers may have their bonus eligibility restricted or revoked entirely.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your use of b998.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the b998 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or being aware of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event on which b998 offers betting markets.

• Attempting to launder money or use b998 for any purpose connected with financial crime or the proceeds of unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, including but not limited to sharing hole-card information in poker or coordinating betting patterns to exploit promotional terms.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing b998 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, data, and other materials published on the b998 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of b998 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any b998 intellectual property.

You may access and use b998 content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with your lawful use of the platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any b998 content or software without the prior express written consent of b998.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit b998's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
